Refunds and In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions
We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase. We do not offer in store pickups to our customers. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Xandye Boutique. Furthermore, Xandye Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
